Where did the commissioner get the money from constituency allowance? What protocols were followed to release the money.

I think the commissioner better focus on providing an effective and trust worthy police and leave such to NGOs. After all there are a lot of bereaved people in that state how did they single him out.

I think the first sentence in my statement explains my point.

The act is commendable.

I don't think its the duty of the police to console the bereaved. If he did it in his private capacity as a citizen them thumbs up but as a commissioner its a no no.
