This is the filled up part of the foundation of this house.......

We have not started treating the foundation with water for sinking, but it has been raining non stop here yesterday, the rain is helping to sink in the foundation, but we are going to buy water and soak the foundation soil on Monday.

@spyder Goodday please need yr advise. I have a well with a depth of about 35 feet kindly recommend a good brand of a submersible pump. Also what capacity of a submersible pump should I get? An technician is suggesting a 0.5 hp which he claims would pump for powerfully than a 1 hp or 1.5 hp. Note that my tank capcity is 6, 000 liters.

I have used capenda pumps for about 5 sites and they have not disappointed. 1 hp may be advisable because of the smaller generator capacity to pump water when there is no light.

Do you know how much this machine costs? Need to make some comparison because in this business, we like to strike a good balance between good functionality and the cost.

Dont cost much for what it does you will be surprised if you check the cost in relation o howmuch you can save in output.

This foundation has gulped up to 3 tankers of water. ..........

I want the soil to sink in more as we prepare to compact the earth before the cast of the floor.

We shall be making the reinforcement work for a foundation beam planned to be done here, while the carpenters move to board the foundation before casting.

We have completed the soil compaction for this foundation, boarded it by a carpenter and have prepared the reinforcement for a foundation beam. Casting with concrete is planned to happen by Monday morning while the walling stage kicks off by Tuesday this week.

planning the work outlay for this week, the reinforcement rods to be used.

The foundation stage is almost fully done.....

Buying some special wood for the lintels of this house. .......
