B/w the metals can be insulated using wooden finishing..

You (or your enemies) can also easily dismantle and carry your house to the village.... grin grin grin

Exactly. But I believe during finishing, the engineers or building technologist can figure out and use a material that can reduce the effect of temperature change inside.

Why do you think it's insulated from both inside and outside? It's to prevent excessive heating, electric shock, etc.
