We have got the mandate of another nairalander to build an 8 flats of 3 bedrooms in a developing part of Enugu town. The details of the project are;

Project: Construction of a block of 8 flats of 3 bedrooms
Location: Nike, Enugu state
Client: A Nairalander
Contractor: Tigerkenn Homes Ltd
Duration: 180 days

We plan to commence this building immediately, but we need to raise the fence on the three sides not fenced, my workers are on their way to this site now.
