On Saturday May 23rd, Frances Udukwu beat out 17 other contestants to emerge the first ever winner of the Miss Nigeria USA beauty pageant which held in New York. Frances is a 25 year old graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and Health care Systems Management from Temple University and currently has a career as a health care consultant.
