But the case shd be heard and Buhari shd be disqualified at a later date if found guilty.

from all indications it seems buhari doesn't have it ,and this issue will simply not go away easily ,what many ppl here don't realise is that the law court have the power to stop that inauguration,I just hope we aren't having a repetition of 1993.
