Let us be reasonable for once and stop been gullible. It is not Nigeria Central Military Command that was relocated but the unit responsible for procuring Boko Haram offensive. In Nigeria even a carpenter can claimed to be an expert military analyst.

Buhari did not relocate the command centre to another country according to your argument. The relocation of the command centre will send a strong message to Boko haram that its not business as usual. And besides, its not like its the whole military that was relocated there, its just a section of it.

IMO, I don't even think the moving ofthe military HQ actually means moving it, me think it's literary just to say that the full fight will be taken to BH in full weight...
