This is huge. Helping and reporting an innocent person that was shot will still land you in detention by the police, talk less helping a criminal that was shot, and worse a criminal that ends up escaping, that na serious gobe, who wan testify say u no be accomplice.

This country needs help. Buhari on his way to the rescue. He needs a lawyer asap.

Stuffs like this is why people don't report things to the police.
Consider a case where you report the theft of your property, the police can turn around to say that you stole your own property and then you just came to make a report especially if they have no suspect to hold responsible.
