Very cheap fertile land for plantain with soil tested to confirm the constituent make up of the land is available.
The plantain is ready at 10-11 months after planting.

Why do I love plantain so much?
I did because it keeps producing suckers before and after the mother plant is yet to be harvested.
After mother plant has been harvested, then you wait for some months for the daughter sucker to start fruiting.
With the right professional guidance, you can't get it wrong.

I will estimate 2days for 5acres @ 80K per day.
You need to factor in 100K to mobilize and demobilize the tractor.
Word of caution though:
1. Insist on D8 or higher
2. Get someone to keep an eye on the operator so that he is focused and working to time. those guys can be funny

All the best
