Seems General Buhari is doing a very poor job of looking after his cows. The cows are severely malnourished. The feeding troughs are empty and there is absolutely no water for the cows to drink. If this farm was in the US or UK, RSPCA - Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty against Animals (www.rspca.org.uk) would have been called to shutdown the farm. I just hope Buhari will do a better job of looking after Nigerians. We have suffered enough. 3 Likes
