Welcome to the ZOO, where every baboon or monkey is a rogue or petty thief, then they graduate to thief, then when getting to a university they turn to Fraudsters and Scammers, on graduation they have turned hardcore con-men, fraudsters and scammers + including ability to thief some things.
Then these people when they get to public offices, they turn to high class forgers, which gives them the lee way to steal public funds.

Then if they reach to Governors, Law makers or Presidents, they graduate from Stealing to Looting, Looting in Billions.

Then the petty ones who steal people's wallets in traffics and marketplaces will use N100 to get 10mb and see them shouting "One Naijiriya"
"Naijiriya my country", "I love my country Naijiriya". In essence these petty thieves are waiting to graduate to master the art of LOOTING in Billions.

EFCC should go and face the bigger thieves, you want to destroy something, somebody takes it, CBN and EFCC are over shouting. Those business men that have wrecked some banks, and sent many staffs jobless what have EFCC and CBN done about it.
