Manover's application looks great but I did see a slight ish there.
His bsc and his intended course of study correlate, computer science and info tech, but does it match what he does at the moment?
He has 5man diesel trucks and a business he runs, does d business match what he's going to study?
And who will look after it while he's away, the business is a good home tie, but is he coming back to it?

Just my thoughts tho, no one has to agree.

Good people!

The Truth is that there is no perfect application, even those who got TRV, if they were denied people will still spot a fault or two. The basis is God's favour

This is not determined by machines else people would know already if they will be getting it or not but because it's been done by humans and we dont see things thesame way, then it all boils down to who controls the mind.

Anyways lets keep praying and be optimistic for the best.

Also I want to believe a quota might be a factor if anyone can analyse; i:e per province, per school we might have a lead to ascertain this assumption

Wish all the best and those delayed to try again, just maybe this time!

All in all..his app was perfect...U sudnt get 100percent before u get over the line.
@snappyfingers sud come she'd more light to this.

Who will look after it shouldn't be the Vo's problem. The main thing is he has good travel history, academic progression and solid home tie so Whatelse are they looking na.

I agree on this, if u re familiar wit US forum...d v.o do ask this kind of question if dey cme across a self sponsor who is intending to leave his/her bizness here in Nig. They do ask if he has plans of handling over the biz to some1 here for management to strengthen his home ties or he will put it up for sales and leave finally for canada after approving his app whc weaken the home tie aspect.I think such clarification need to be stated in LOE.
pheeew..we can analysis frm now till eternity, we really dnt knw wht dz folks need as a perfect app.
God help us oooooooooooooo.

He was denied for two reasons, Travel history wasn't part of,
1. Home ties and purpose of study.

Who will look after the business is d vo's problem because if there's no1 to look after it there's every possibility that he won't come back to it, esp if it doesn't match what he's going to study.

If all you are paying is just 30% income tax, that means you are still within the average income and when you say that the gentleman is better than lots here, use the word lots with care though, and many like the gentleman might not be coming here cos of the $ figures but for other reasons . . . many are paying almost 50% income tax, all based on your salary range.

No matter how you package your app, there must still be a loophole somewhere unknown to you..
The truth is, if they want to fault you, they will...

There's no perfect app, we don't know how they think or work and that's what we try to do here when people state their cases, we try but we don't get so close. We only diagnose based on assumptions.

My point is we should try to give them reasons not to fault us by giving them everything needed.
