don't worry.. Just go ahead in as much you don't root your phone... I updated my phone last week without bricking which I have changed the imei without rooting using mtk engineering tools..

I have a feeling Hot Note Pro will unveiled same day as the Zero-2.. Price might also be slightly higher than what we expected. Looks like imma stick with Hot Note till whenever
