And we don't have the kudi to sustain it.

Unless oil goes up to $123 a barrel...forget subsidy. Simples.

This subsidy issue will soon be discovered to be a scam. ...It will definitely be discontinued at the appropriate time....

You miss Gej for increasing Subsidy fee from 300 billion to 1.3 trillion? Well done o

See yourself. Your fail to understand before opening your mouth. GEJ witnessed the highest rise in oil price hence the highest subsidy margin paid.

OBJ paid 500bn per anum when crude was at average of 50usd. Yaradua's short tenure saw subsidy at 1trn per anum.

GEJ'S team (Sanusi and Okonjo Iweala) advised removal and we cried foul.

Now just a 5usd increase in oil price is leading to 40 Naira increase in subsidy.

This subsidy payment need to stop. But so does blind statements like yours.

Yes....and let us also be grateful to your great hero GEJ who did not repair our refineries...and who kept our economy so oil dependent that now we do not have the cash to pay for any subsidy.

And also, thank him too for forgetting to clean up the NNPC....yes we know the NNPC's corruption did not start with him...but it continued under him.

And thank him too for doing nothing about the looting /stealing of fuel.

And it is still one week.....Johnny Goode had no ideas on how to deal with our fuel issue after 5 years.

At least under Baba One Chance(when he ran NNPC)...we had investment in new refineries, and a pipeline system..AND NO FUEL SCARCITY.

Those missing GEJ can go meet him in otuoke where MAMA piss is already causing havoc... PMB cant rush into a delicate decision when the nation is just recovering from the shit GEJ left behind... moreover change cannot happen over night, its a gradual process. when its all done we all gonna be proud to call Nigeria our home.
Preach, son.

Guys, you guys should put your house in order ..We ain't talking PDP govt here, We are saying that the APC govt is overpaying subsidy by almost N50/litre ..now multiply it by 19 million litres for Capital oil alone.

Leave all this idiots to keep blaming pdp even when they are now in control. They still behave as if they are the opposition. Act more and blame less

Also note that this figure is N10 higher because for some inexplicable reason, GEJ reduced fuel Price to N87, a reduction nobody asked him for, all in a bid to curry votes for the elections.

120 is fair, it is higher here, even with bad products and meters.
Subsidy has got to stop. The scheme is not serving its expected use, just a means where top guys in the Oil sector feed fat on our commonwealth.
PMB needs to sit down and work out a plan. This just can't continue.
As the crude price increases in the international market, the fuel price will still definitely go up. For now its just N120.
