Via post and it must be sent directly by your institution,only then can it be official.

Admission letter = Acceptance letter

All schools have their own format. Don't be confused.

in my own case the acceptance letter was part of the admission letter, I just printed out and signed it and scanned and sent it back to the school. The school reverted saying they acknowledge reciept

Well, I can say is Base on luck, I paid 16500dollar school fees with my own statement that worth 6m and my blood brother Statement worth 20m, and my landed property. Still they said due to economy of Nigeria and United Arab Emirates if they give me visa I will not come back, can we say is genue reason? Well, na them sabi I thank God I got my visa to Australia

I will suggest you guys scan as black and white o. It is better for the VO to be able to read its content than over compress coloured documents that the VOs cannot read.

here's what i did.

scan picture

Open Word Application

drag and drop all pictures into Word application

Now this is how you reduce the quality/size

click to select one picture

look for the "FORMAT" tab at the top of the word application (it should be the last to the right)

click it.

when you do, the icons at the top should change, so from the Top Left Corner, look for "compress picture"

click it

uncheck "Apply only to this picture" & select E-mail (96ppi), click on ok



save your word doc. and check the size again VOILA

Please did you send your passport via courier or you personally take it to VAC in Lagos? In other words I want to know how you send the passport to them, I want to send and receive my own via courier too...

I handed it in person. I will receive it through courier. I have received two sms from VFS today. The first was that my passport was ready for collection. The second is that it has been collected. I believe it has been sent out.

I am not sure if you can send it via courier because I would have opted for same. CIC website stated that payment for courier delivery has to be done in VFS Office.
