You are trying to take a morale ground here, which, you don't have the right to do so. There is no mode of dressing linking a rapist to the major causes of violation of women. It is a mind thing and lack of self-control. Rapist would sometimes target female that is attractive and one that psychologically appeals to his fantasy or gratification. Go and read about abuses on women most are largely carried out on modestly dressed women.

Of what excuse are you giving here to prove your case?That because a touts who would always be silly in it ignorance give negative remarks for so called inappropriate dress they must be used to prevent women from wearing what they like.
