I will like to know the salary scale of lecturers in Nigerian polytechnics, particularly what a Master's degree holder will earn as Lecturer III in a polytechnic. Any information regarding this shall be highly appreciated.

Thanks. But based on the research I just conducted online, a master's degree holder is place on CONPCASS 2 - 1, 258, 658 p/a. That's around 104,000 p/a. Is that wrong? Or is the CONPCASS salary scale not effective?

Sure there is, I know people who've been lecturing in polytechnics for ages. Once you adhere to the rules of the institution, your job is safe. You may suffer tribalism as a lecturer in state owned polytechnics (if you're not an indegine of the state) but your job is safe.

As for the salary, I'm not really sure, but I know that the figures differ from private to state and federal respectively.
