But it seems his phone is unlocked, it could be additional proprietary lock from Sprint, this is the reason I try to avoid US branded phones..

download 'Android Assistant apk' (you can google search it), install Android assistant, launch the app, tap 'Tools at the top right corner of the app, tap gently on mobile network, close the app and all your android apps should connect by now.

since me upgraded to 10.3.*.*.* my wifi sharing apps Eg xender,flashare n co has stopped connecting with other devices...

Thanks Simdam500...I used this same method to download the Google play store I currently have...but when I downloaded snap chat it kept on saying I need Google play services which has refused to install on my fone....dats my problem...bluepearls promised to give me a version of snapchat that doesn't need Google play services

da best option is to wipe d phone,ask him if he remember da e-mail he use to register so if he can remember u dnt need to wipe it anymore.
