True. Even later in life. Recent research shows breastfed babies are less likely to be obese in adolescent and adulthood. It's amazing.

but not necessarily 6months exclusive. You're very lucky, some babies are dinosaurs when it comes to feeding, especially when the two frontal teeth are crowned, they substitute their mother's tip for a teething ring all cranky and annoying.
same Paediatrician advise mothers to supplement with formula/rice cereals at 4 months till first birthday. You should worship your wife Bellong she's a gem. infact I lift my whole body for her.
