My bbm was not responding in my z10 so I had to wipe my phone and it stopped along the way. Now my phone is without os and it doesn't come on just two red blinks from the led light. I've been trying to reload my os via internet but the network is not strong enough. Is there anyway I can use to reload the os offline.

I mistakenly stepped on my z10 some days back and the screen cracked, after which only the lower part of the screen was still responding. Today my battery died after which i plugged it into my laptop but the fone would not power up or even show the red LED light. Even now the phone LED is still not coming on. I dont know if i should conclude that my z10 is dead.

Please gurus, I use a BlackBerry z3 and recently it's been complaining that's I should delete some files because the memory is almost full, and besides videos of about 600mb and pictures and few apps there's nothing else on it so I don't understand why it's saying not enough memory, please can any tech guru explain how memory is being consumed in os 10 BB? I'm on 10.2.1 by the way. Thanks

Never! When u finish downloading from the playstore, it install automatically not save apk file

pls house, my q5 camera refused to work, both front and back. it keep telling me 'camera can not be started' pls help

You can't, but you can use apk extractor to extract the apk. download and install apk extractor and the rest is self explanatory

Good day, pls I need help your help. My BlackBerry Q5 just went off. It just showed "device turning off" on the screen and went off. I tried putting it on but it just showed a battery icon that has run down and refused to come on. I used a USB cord to charge it up cos there is no light. I waited for sometime and tried to power it on again, it came on with the battery showing 22% charging. Normally when the battery level gets to 20%, there is a message telling me that and the notification light changes to amber colourbut this time around nothing of such. I don't know that the problem could be. I have charged it a bit just to see if the same thing would happen again. The phone is less than a year. Thanks.

You need to update your OS

Wish I have a definite solution for you. But what I'll suggest you recalibrate your battery and see if it helps

Good day , pls someone adviced me to buy bb Z3. Pls does anyone here have an idea about its features and price? I already google it but I wasn't satisfied with the result.
