But for us upcountry folks, Jos, to be precise the cost of gravel/coarse aggregate is just off the hinges.. 200K for a 30tonner! WOW double wow infact. Plenty of rocks wasting...if only the railways were functional, I'd be a net exporter of crushed stones...

It will be decked. l stopped them from placing the decking wood because of the span of the kitchen, its just too wide to be done straight so am having a dropping beam across that space now. I will vote for safety over finesse any day.

The staircase at the duplex side.........

I had a nylon sheet spread again to cover the wood, I am repeating the same process just like I did with the floor..... but for different reasons.

The whole deck floor is fully covered with a thin nylon sheet........

We have an ample supply of materials in the site........

And still, more materials are arriving daily for the casting of both decks.......
