To an extent, yes..
It allows for early exposure and enlightenment from parents that are not hypocrites..

The father to the son, while the mother teaches the daughter..

In principle,children are really less mindful of their actions at initial stages of growth,though it depends on the environment that kid comes from.To bathe a kid unclad is neither reprehensible nor encouraged especially a female kid.
This is where the natural human intelligence in the parent is brough to play.

At the early stage of the child's upbringing, there's no problem with it. But when the child is above 7, they should allow the child to bathe his/herself.
