Not exactly true but to a large extent yes very true. Since a man is going to spend money sustaining the relationship and giving his woman treats then it's advisable he should have a source of livelihood before going into a relationship. Rather than using his meagre allowance to fund a girl's lifestyle. Unless of course he's got huge financial backings from his parents (sponsors).
