What is the difference between Native and suit...dey are all cooperate wears.... if u can wear Native with Cap..den ur cooperate.. same as suit.. talking from experience

It's probably because of the style of your native attire. , perhaps you didn't look smart in it to the interviewer(s).

I look smart baje.... na wan short Ankara gown. My favourite up to date.

Native attire? no, I love it, If I were the person interviewing you, you have scored a +, religious, no. Its a minus for me.

We have to love our identity. Its who we are.

Nice. U can wear jeans from Tuesday in my office, native for Friday and that's because its I.T company. Don't know companies are relaxing their rules on dressing now. So cool
