Hello house, my Z10 went off due to low battery and immediately our light was restored, I plugged my fone to charge it but 2 my surprise, d fone didn't come up. It only shows blackberry and after that it will display One battery icon with exclamation mark in it. I used a friend battery yet it didn't come up. Pls help me out. God bless you all

Try this, remove the battery and try to restore.. If that don't work then download the appropriate autoloader for your device and install. That should fix it.

Yup, I tried without battery, but it indicated that there was no battery in d phone. So, it stopped from there.

Ok then, go the autoloader way..that should work. Make sure you download the appropriate model for your Z10

Oh! That should work. Provided the connection is strong. In that case, chances of you loosing your files are very slim. Notwithstanding, you never know what could happen. Just do the backup as a precautionary measure. Good luck.
