I bank with Ecobank, GTBank, Access bank, Zenith bank and currently opening FCMB Amongst them Ecobank is the WORST. ... TERRIBLE Customer service, very unfriendly and i think its national wide. I like Access bank cos ive never had issues with them and they are good. Gtbank is another friendly bank but its always tooo crowdy. Zenith bank is okay sha... but their shakara is too much, they dont treat their customers as though they r important. When i start with fcmb i wud let u know 2 Likes |

Enterprise Bank and heritage bank  Gtb's service has since nose dived tey tey. Their alternative channels still great tho 2 Likes |

GTB, ECO & FCMB. I am happy with FCMB. They treat all complaints promptly, yet pamper the customer. FCMB is the bomb. All channels of operations are top notch. |

Diamond is d best bank in naija........unlike Uba who deduct money from customer's account but diamond bank will add money into ur account instead of deducting...... |

I have accounts with GTB, Diamond and Sterling, stopped using GTb cos of their endless queues at ATMs and even within the bank. my salary gets paid into Diamond, I CSH out immediately and keep all in my Sterling bank account which beats them all in terms of online services, ATM issues amongst others. 1 Like |

Poorest ATM service is first bank,they will Debit you but can't pay u,you will only get alert on your phone but No payment,Reserve only if u go customer care and sometime days sometimes it is gone forever,What a Bank 1 Like |

I bank with Stanbic IBTC, GTB, First Bank, Access Bank and UBA. I will give it to Stanbic cos of their friendly customer service and I just like the bank. I dislike GTB. It took them a month to create an account for me and another 2 months to issue me an ATM card. They didn't even notify me that it was ready until I went to their bank to check and realised it was ready. Their queues are also terrible. First Bank ATM is always without network you will be debited but you won't see the cash. The only good thing is that you can get your ATM card on the spot. UBA has annoying queues, slow and unfriendly cashiers. 1 Like |
