So i was having an emotional discussion with my ex one day,the following conversation took place.



Him:baby i love you and i want us to get married by next year

Me:awwww,i can't wait till then sweety.Atleast you will be helping me to do little house work.

Him:house work? (suprised)...why will i be marrying you then?


Me:can't you help with little housework around the house especially when am indisposed?

Him:i can't o,i will rather get you a maid.

Me:but its not bad now,if you can just assist me a little.

I left him right there and then even tho i loved him but love is not enuf.

my question is Did i do the right thing?
