Hello mamas. Af is due for 21/22 but i'm having lower abdominal pains. My boobs are just d way I feel when af is approaching. I just hope is not PID pains because I took streptomycin injection for 5days + antibiotics for close to 2wks. I just tire for this kind pain o. Lying down sef hurts. If af shows, i'll keep ttc on hold and tackle this rubbish PID with herbal medicine

It is not early my brother conyema12 . Especially since u are both in ur early 30's sir. My doc says timing for baby dancing for couples trying to conceive should be on the day 10 , 12, 14,16. U can encourage madam to try using folic acid n try vitamin e every day. Both u n Madam should eat more vegetables n fruits. Reduce ur carbohydrates n eat more protein. Ur diet is important now.. No harm in visiting d doctor now all d same. Baby dusts to u n madam

@All: Good morning.
Pls I have a question troubling me. Though it was asked by a former colleague of mine but after speaking with her, I decided to ask us here for your advice. The issue is:
She too was ttc before God answered her last month. Infact, her case was so hopeless that she had to adopt.

Now, her gynea wants to put her on Strict Bed Rest due to her everyday jumping up and down Lagos roads cos of her marketing role in her office and also an history of unexplained miscarriages.

The main thing about the bed rest is that, the gynea has mandated her to be in the hospital ward for a few months until the placenta takes over successfully. So give or take 2-3months in the hospital.

Now, her worry is that she has an adopted 4year old and no maid to help. Her DH dislikes the idea of bringing in a maid. They both have no close relative to call on cos they are even keeping her bfp away from relatives knowledge until she gives birth.

Pls my Sisters, what should she do to take care of her 4yr old while on strict bed rest in the hospital for 3months? Its a big secret so, she's trying to be careful not to expose her pregnancy to relatives.

Pls respond and I apologise for digressing the thread.

Although I suggested the following to her but I dont even know if and where they are available.

1. are there facilities in this country for toddlers boarding house?

2. Can anyone recommend a good and trusted agency for a live-out elderly nanny?

Hi,since ure not Ttcing presently u can take it as long as u can.if u can purchase and administer tabs for long.d maximum my Dr said is 6 months but u shud start seeing good results as from d 3rd month.meaning irregularAF and annovulation will be corrected and bcom regular.although body differs.mine wasnt dat bad i mean irregularity,hence d main target was annovulation.i took 2 tabs daily 1 morning 1 night for 10 weeks.its 1300 a pack of 20 tabs here in Benin.i strongly believe it will be of help to u.only tin is patience & consistency.hope this helps.Godbless

they cud arrange for a cook/ olopo dt cud b supplying them food
OR a daily maid. The husband will take care of d child on d morning and after leaving d house d maid can clean d house, prepare lunch n dinner then leave.
The truth here is dt she needs d rest, and d husband also need to make sacrifice as she has by staying off work for THREE months

U 're so much on point.I would prefer the child stays in a day care then if she is out of school. When her mum is back.she may get her a home tutor
So her well being doesn't disturb her hubby n affect his job.weekend he may pick her n spend quality time . Some understanding school owners may b of assistance

i feel u should brace up and do surgery o.... cos the fibriod is already too hard to tear apart naturally.
thats if it would prevent conception or cause miscarriage.
just remove it and b4 u know it, u would be carrying ur baby and would carry to term too.
