Recently, there had been rumours and "under ground talks" that president buhari will appoint ministers into only 20 to 30 ministries while other ministries will be merged, and that there will no ministers for state anymore. As a neutral person on issues partaining to governmental and political developments, i think i have the right say one or two things. Personally,i think what pmb is planning to do is a good move.it will reduce the cost of governance and doubling two persons as ministers in the same ministry cannot be a major solution to the problem of true federalism in nigeria. The question here is what is your take on this matter and which ministries do you think should be merged and which ones should not be affected?
