Employment letter indicates and just solidifies ur claim of working for a company ... there are instances one or two documents erases doubts off the VO's mind... even though they know u will most likely not come back after ur studies... they still need u to show u won't stay... I will advise u add it since u fill in ur form u are employed... paid or unpaid... Unless u didn't stay unpaid in ur last app... Did u?

@ Siga. Thanks for ur prompt reply. Initially when my bro made that proposal, I was already tryna make contacts on how to start my Ph.d in Music until he told me wat he had budgeted for my study. He said I shd look for a Diploma prog which tuition is ranges from $5k-$7 dollars. When I saw that dat may work against me I tries to convince him to let me do a PGD instead which costs abt $15k. So d issue here now is dat the amount he's ready to drop wud determine wat degree I go for as masters and Phd cud cost btw $30k-$45k. Jst want sth I can use to emmigrate so wen I get dia I can adjust. Btw I av a course mate of mine presently in Alberta institute of Technology who applied to do Business and was granted evn though he had his 1st degree in Music. Wat do u tink?

Regarding appeal letter, I cannot say YES or NO just do what will make you sleep well at night. If writting the letter will make you sleep well then go for it. If it were to be my app i will for sure write the letter.

Quite unfortunate though. I think the visa office in your case was the issue. I applied from the US on a student visa and got it. I met a few people here some who came from the US and some from Europe who all got it from their country of study. If you have to go home to apply to get it, no problems. I wish you the very best in your replication and I think now the process is faster than it used to be because I know a friend who got his within 6 weeks.
