2: what was he thinking when he was making all the promises just to win an election? Did he think nigerians will forget?

3: did he not do his homework? He was elected because Nigeria is in quagmire, and there was possibility of an empty treasury so using that as an excuse is a tactic to lower expectations incase of under performance!
