Waste of cars.... even if our police force have forensics dept, which I doubt, am sure there's no up to date database to check if the fingerprints match. They most likely would just Park the suvs at the station and auction it while claiming that investigation is on going 1 Like |

Where are the helicopters? Helicopters could have been used to chase them. We are just not serious with security, common cctv we cannot implement and maintain. 1 Like |

Whilst our Legislators should be working on enacting laws to strengthen the NPF and create a platform for state policing in line with our federal character, they are fighting like "Pikins". What ever happened to our Marine/waterway police departments? This is the second robbery with such an escape route. Lekki 1 was first. Every bank has a maximum of 2 armed personnel, how can they possibly have the matching strength with these dare Devils who are emboldened by the antecedents of robbery engagements of preceding attacks. With the money they now have, the next get away will be helicopter. Bloody cowards!!!--legislators and robbers alike. Next thing you hear again is "rape". there is no day absent disturbing news about rape. Only God knows amount of unreported cases out there with so much broken souls only God can mend. Fellow Nairalanders, it's time we take our discursive to Twitter and other mediums to shame these leaders and put them in their place. We did it with GEJ and we won. We had 4 years from May 29 2015. Our time starts now. 2 Likes 1 Share |

dozymars: The last time - about three months ago - that a robbery like this took place in Lagos, many suggestions, including use of police helicopters, were made to LASG headed by Fashola. So it now appears that those in government do not read the suggestions that Nigerians write. If Lagos police force has ever-ready Police Helicopter squad, those robbers had no where to escape to. 1 Like |
