The only condition is meeting the moq(minimum order quantity).
For instance a product was quoted
Fob $2-$4
Moq 30pc
If you can not meet the moq,the seller might quote you $4 or more.
Sometimes, You would be required to order more than the Moq quoted to enjoy the lowest price.
Note ,if you have a good bargaining power ,you can beat the prices quoted on a product page.
That is why you have to present yourself as a big business to the Chinese.

as for me, Singapore post never disappoint. almost all my orders ia being shipped through them. 10 to 15 days maximum. for me o, I don't know for others

You might not see the seller email address but just click contact the seller and every message sent goes to his/her email address.
Also you can click on chat with the seller. This will be done through trade manager.
