Do you know Osun beyond the media's reportage? How many towns & villages have you ever been to before & after Nov 2010?
Have you asked from the people of Gbogan, Iwo, Esa Oke, Ilesa,Ikeji,Ode omu, Osu, itagunmodi, etc about the impact of this present govt & his predecessors?...

I will never condone his fiscal irresponbility, cos he never had a plan B for a state totally dependent on oil revenue with an almost non existent IGR....

but as for his achievements being on paper, I'll leave you to verify yourself since you already have a stand, so I'm not the person to convince you, I don't do fruitless endeavours.

Sorry. smiley
SHUT UP there! I'm from Iwo and have been to all the 'villages' u mentioned. What did he do there? O'Meat in Iwo, along Oluponna- have u been there? Is that even worth a local government project? And you call it a state project(and its even among his so called achievement) all on that site is a non-functional bore-hole (was even built by RUWESA) and the stupid blocks that he laid(even put the blocks on top of themselves not zig-zaggly and he's an 'engineer') during the commission. IF YOU'RE FROM OSUN (its a shame i'm from there) you're a STVPID person. Too many i.diots

PDP will soon lose their respect with moves like this. ..

Why is that, for calling for his impeachment?Gosh do we have to play politics with everything? To say I am disappointed is putting it too mild.

I hope you can sleep when you lie down and close your eyes at night.

Aregbesola drropped the ball with his fiscal indiscipline but why the excessive attention on him when he is not the only gov owing ?

Where was the PDP when suswan was owing teachers for over ayear thereby keeping the primary school kids home for that year?

PDP should stop rejoicing over the state workers misfortune, Aregbe will survive the threats & moves (will pay this month), the workers may not be happy presently but he is the best Gov the state has ever had..

The seat will not go to Omisore even if he is impeached,so what's the Joy about

If you are from osun state and for partisan reasons have this opinion, then I don't think osun workers should be paid a kobo. You can't even tell yourself the truth. Will you say this is osun state had a pdp administration?

I think you guys are getting some things mixed up, before you blame Aregbesola; you have to consider how much he has earned in his entire stay in office compared to what he spent the money on; do they complement? The answer is YES. Now on the issue of owning the whole civil service 7months salary, it's a lie; i know a teacher that earn february salary ( though that was around April ). And talking about his achievements, one can not list it in one hand cos he gave each area where he works what they seems to need most; but as for me, i see the roads, The new schools, the students been fed, OYES, support for farmers, equality and support to all religions even security. Though there are flops in some area but i believe it is as a result of him taking up too many projects at a time and not because of his unseriousness. "MY OWN PERSONAL VIEW THOUGH"
Re: PDP Hails Lawmakers’ Move To Impeach Aregbesola by Jilo83(m): 3:48pm On Jun 27, 2015
Why d noise abt Aregbesola. Is d only governor that owe worker's salary. Benue, rivers, oyo, ondo etc are there. Anyway it shows that My Governor is a great man. Afterall am not supporting non payment of salaries but we all understand want is going on.

But Honestly Sir,
Can you educate me on How and why Aregbe ended-up owing &Months salary, for the entire civil service?

I am a staunch APC supporter, a die-hard Buhari backer but l want us to look ourselves in the eye and tell ourselves some home truth!

What did he do with his state's allocation that he could owe 7MONTHS, the entire Civil Service?
angry angry

Infact, tell the it is not true and it is just a PDP propaganda, please.
I rate him very high in that neck of woods but if this "gbese" is true, then l will have to revise my opinion of him. undecided undecided

As I said in a thread, Aregbeshola embarks on too many infrastructural projects. Take the reconstruction of the Gbongan-Oshogbo Road with flyovers and interchanges along Ife-Ibadan Road and Ede Town, for example. The project is a laudable on, but it is too expensive and biting on the state's treasury. In public schools, instead of existing structures to be renovated, they are pulled down. In Oduduwa College, Ile-Ife, for example, another assembly hall is being built. The existing one is supposed to be renovated.

I never said a flyover had been constructed. It's still under construction. Go to Gbongan Junction along Ife-Ibadan Road, you will see the interchange and flyover yet to be completed.
Maybe you should tell me the schools in the state with UBE/SUBEB. Do UBE/SUBEB projects cover primary or/and secondary schools? Let's start from there.

Its possible it almost happened in imo and the then deputy governor jude agbaso was the scape goat. If you know of malawi treatment whereby the governor will tunr his back and no one is behind him. Do you think even the house members are getting their entitlement and as at when due?
