Wow, this is a very hard one for me I was rooting for Agarawu23 before now till I saw the pictures of Tom French and read his background information and his answers to questions. Now I have a tough choice to make.

I think in terms of looks and intelligence, I will give it to Tom French . Honestly, he deserves the title.
