Companies hardly drop people on completion of their Graduate Trainee program, that is why they make the recruitment process very rigorous. I don't think HARPS will take more than 20 GTs.

Even that 20 sef na hope...no company will spend 3months training on u and release u easily especially wen they consider the resources(time and money) expended cos they will pay you for the period and also pay the trainers...xo they want to be sure the pipu dy are bringing in are trainable,ofcourse they will know from interview... only companies expanding take much GTs

I least expect an invite after d first test because of the high scores posted here (My score in the first test was 78%). Infact, I never bothered checking my mail afterwards. To my utmost surprise, I was qualified for d second stage.
Although I did my best in this second stage, I'm quite hopeful God will see me through till I get my appointment letter.

What did U score?

Gtbank trainee school for 3 months after the program dropped a handful of candidates because they could not meet up the requirement of passing the final exam. Prayer is the key
