Visit the British council at ikoyi as regards this or if you work in a school where they do IGCSE its either the school pays for your certification or you do it yourself. After payment you will be given a CD where you will be requested to assess students answers to some questions and to be sent to British council for assessment which usually takes a while so you will have to be patient after which you will receive a reply if you are successful or not......

Feed Back On St. George Comprehensive College. This is a moderate school in Ifo. It's situated along the road, the average students no in the school are 50. The job will be good for people living around, except such person want to relocate. Well, they have hostel accommodation & they promised 3 square meal for such teacher.

but if na during school only na #20000. if you are in the hostel na free food

You should be looking @ 60-90k with your experince I suggest you go for Asst., Head Teacher. Schools in that region do not pay well, why not look outside such as Ogba, Ikeja, Agege and environs

I want to ask a pertinent question that pertains to the dropping of cvs in schools which is the hot cake now as we are in the school recruitment season. When dropping one's cv at a random school that hasn't advertised and where one has no inside contacts; is it advisable to attach a cover letter to it or just the cv alone?
This is really important for those following the directive of dropping cv at schools around one's vicinity.

Drop both to be on a safe side. Yes, this is the season, because teachers would want to move to better schools.
In addition, private practice (Private tutor) would not be on demand because parents would prefer to go to tutorial center where you pay say #3500 than pay a teacher for two or more subjects for 20 or 30k.
