sp flash tools is what you are gonna use on your system or laptop. pdanet is also for your system.you can download on your java phone and send to your system.

I already use GLO on my trusty BlackBerry 10, but need a second phone for my mtn sim.
So before I make a purchase, I want to know what options come with what I'm getting

Note 4 or lg g4 ain't mtk phones so it ain't gona be easy. you have to root first before you can change the Imei.And yea,its only glo bis.though one can tweak Imei to get gigs on other networks but not bis..a backup is usually very important just incase.

you need to root non-mtk phones before tweaking.

@op dats life I rember when I first jailbreaked my ipad. men, I installed a bad tweak and and had to update the ipad again. I tried so many times though the jailbreak was always successful, I was always installing an incompatible tweak. Infact I have spent close to 100k on data. Although mine was never a hardware failure. My advice get to know a person who knows what they are doing. The 2k u wld spend is far btter than the headaches u wld xperience. Although there is a satisfaction that learning from ur mistakes bring. U might find out that after u have solved this problem ur hunger for more continues. One more thing if you love to tinker with ur phone pls have a pc to save ur ass if shit goes wong.
