johnydon22:you know, she probably might not comment again. in other news, i need some help. I want to accelerate my degree program, which i hope to begin this year at unilag. I intend to spend three years instead of four. I heard that this has in fact been acomplished before. By professor ayodele awojobi. (he is on wikipedia) and i was wondering how i can go about it. I need the extra one year for miscellanous activites. Which i do not intend to juggle with a degree program. Can you help me out here? |

Teempakguy:Not really bro, i too in fact have intention for this only that i have athletic scholarship to a school in U.S just the embassy keep delaying me but i will soon get through tho |

Teempakguy: now u have a generator? but it uses hydrogen..... anyways, lets hear the guy out, maybe johnydon22 could help out too. btw, fuel is synonymous with petrol in naija |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 1:46pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:fuel means nonrenewable power source nah. if he is going to build a fuelless generator, it is most likely to be a perpetual motion machine. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by johnydon22(m): 1:47pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:Any combustible energy source is fuel. . . Firewood, gasoline, petrol, hydrogen, kerosene, helium too. . . all are fuels. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 1:52pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:okay, let him come nah My design . . . or at least, the one I like best, is a hydrogen combustion turbine. The hydrogen is ignited and the expansion energy is used to turn a turbine which is used to turn a turbine. My next best idea, is a geothermal energy concept, pictured below. Isobutane is the working fluid. I scribbled it on a board during a vigil. Cc lorddice, johnydon22,

Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 1:53pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
johnydon22:preach it, bro. Although, helium is not combustible. |

Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 2:04pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
johnydon22:that is not a chemical reaction. It is fusion. But still, review the idea up there. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 2:04pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Robinhez don run away. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by johnydon22(m): 2:09pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:I understand tho...Just saying helium could be used as fuel through the Helium-3 nuclear fusion |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 2:10pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
johnydon22:hmm . . . if we were to catalyze the fusion, we could use it as fuel . . . and at room temperature! |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by LORDDICE(m): 2:41pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy: mine is pretty simple... It works on d principle of an inverter More or less |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 2:43pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
LORDDICE:simple is cool. Is it solid state or rotary? |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by LORDDICE(m): 2:46pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez: if and only if an accumulator is feul**which i knw it is not**. , then my gen aint fueless, otherwise, my g e n is F U E L E S S |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by LORDDICE(m): 2:47pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:jst a little sense... Rotary |

RobinHez: Dude, I am also at the piano! Double double. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:01pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:first...work on ur drawing skills and ur writting dat been said, it looks like a good concept, but on large scale....we cant make this portable for the average user, can we? turbines like d ones we use in the dams? |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:06pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:loool |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:08pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
johnydon22:yeah i knw...i mean when u mention fuel to ur '96% youths' they'd interprete it as petrol |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:11pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:ok...lemme break it down for u.... i need a gen that i wouldnt queue in filling station for.... |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 3:12pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:my writing and drawing is like that because if the surface. I actually draw quite well. Now, I don't support personal power production. And even johnydon22 should agree with me oin this. A centralized power plant is cost effective and uses a lot less land. However, should you want a personal power source, refer to my first idea. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:24pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:as a good inventor, u should put the population into consideration....would a centralized power plant(which i believe is the government's responsibilty) be more accepted? or would people love to have their personal units? dont invent what only u would eventually be able to use and a good artist would be known irresprctive of the available surface |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 3:25pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:hmmm How would you like a power source that is in form of a battery that can power your whole house and only needs to be repaired by the company and is only as big as a 12.5 kg gas cylinder? I have a concept along that line. Wanna hear It? |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:26pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
dat is why i always clamour for solar panels.....i wont need to pay nepa bills. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by Nobody: 3:26pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
RobinHez:chai Okay, I will try and improve. Look above at my previous post and tell me your mind.. |
Re: The Sciences Discussion Thread. by RobinHez(m): 3:29pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
Teempakguy:a company? ok...hit me! |
