Since na go cook for more than 5 mins all the vitamins would be destroyed anyway. Its a catch 22. To remove the bitterness you have to cook well and cooking well removes the nutrients. Take your pick now.

Thank God my grandma is around. Would tell her to prepare the concoction for me. I've noticed she hardly catches malaria although she fears falling ill from mosquito bites. Its possible her strong immune response is from the bitter leaf concoction.
