All these issues on boko haram are staged to confuse Nigerians. The simple truth is that Boko haram are sponsored by Northern Elites who feel that the militants in the Niger Delta doesn't deserve to be granted Amnesty.
Buhari's government is trying to look for room for boko haram to be granted amnesty.
Sharia on the other hand is making boko haram more powerful.
Buhari is a strong Advocate of Sharia. Those Northern elites believe Nigeria should be ruled by the North.
The people who caused this are Murtala Muhammad, Ahmadu Bello and also a greater support from Olusegun Obasanjo.
If these issues are not addressed Nigeria is going no where.
