With or without Juliet on that billboard, folks bent on bleaching would do so nonetheless.
Besides, Ghanaians are generally not so much into bleaching ish. Juliet is only a biz woman.

This person has a myopic thinking and is one of the reasons Africa is behind,your mentality is no different from that of a caveman,dont you know the meaning of celebrity? Someone that many people look up to and you're saying this? Why don't some people think before they talk? If she's bleaching,no problem with that,but promoting bleaching cream,her fans will surely buy it,people are that gullible,in fact I've heard of carotene to be a bleaching cream as well,should money be everything? Or her main objective should be to make money off her huge fanbase? Africans should stop thinking like gorillas. 
I can't imagine Julia Robert or Aishawariya advertising something that would hurt their fans because of money,they reject numerous endorsement and movie roles because they don't see money as everything. I used to be the number one fan of Juliet till the extent that she told me on twitter that I'm her number one fan,but as time goes on,especially after her divorce,she started adopting some attitudes that were unusual of her,she probably started mixing with wrong people,i don't like a celebrity because of beauty or talent alone,but for attitudes I consider worthy of emulating and she's loosing that
