Happiness does consist in the relish we have of them;One can attain happiness when he enjoys what he loves and desires himself and not what other people think lovely and desirable.

She might not be in a relationship but she is happy. You don't have to be married to be happy-married people are also unhappy.
She might have her moment which we all do but saying she is unhappy is naff.

so let's continue to pray for her to remain single then.

how? obviously, the dude cannot travel cos he's in another country. maybe his papers are processing or some sort of delay. if the couple feel happy to go ahead with it, what's the shame in that?

toke is still in her hubby's house after everything that happened. that's to tell you how much a big deal marriage is in nigeria. why didn't toke leave? she fit?

Don't mind this idi0ts that just talk anyhow. I went for a wedding like that and I still have the pictures. The guy is an American soldier and was serving somewhere in d middle east. They kept on postponing the wedding until it was getting to much. They had to do the wedding in absentia. Right now the girl is wiv him in yankee.

desperation? how? she is a married woman na! was hilary clinton desperate too? victoria beckham? coleen rooney? their husbands cheated and they didn't move an inch. it's not desperation, they just figured out they would be less happy if they leave the marriage.

men don't worry about such - they have no ticking biological clock to give them sleepless nights. if don jazzy decides to marry at 50, there would be many young ladies for him to choose from. can you say the same about lindy?

According to reports, Mrs. Ike who decided to speak out concerning the violence she faced in her home, has filed for divorce at an undisclosed Lagos court.


According to her testimony in court, she had been made a punching bag as her husband battered her during every misunderstanding .

“It was when my husband beat me mercilessly I believed that people truly saw stars whenever they were unconscious. It was my brother who took me to the hospital where I spent two months. There was also a day I was feeding our last child with tea, my husband, out of anger took the tea and poured it on my head.”

“I even persuaded his sister to bring four of her children to our school without paying a dime but instead of showing appreciation, she said I was a lavish spender and that was how I stopped being in charge of his school,” she told the court.

She also alleged that she was been verbally tortured by the abusive words of her husband.

“Each time we fight, he calls me a witch saying whenever he intends to start a project and he informs me it eventually fails. He also said if he hadn’t married me, I would have become a prostitute,” Mrs Ike said.

“Since I left, he doesn’t allow me to speak with our first two children, asking me to come home if I really want to see them. Even when I was in with him, he leaves home for months on the pretext of different appointments. I can’t face all this anymore. I need help,” she further said.

The court case has however been adjourned by the court to July 22.

The couple got married in 2000 and are blessed with 4 children.
