to be honest with you I don't know anything about it. But if you're looking to gain little weight and have lovely skin what you need is aloe moisturizing lotion and forever lite Chocolate or vanilla flavored. But you can still enquire about the edmark stuff.

I and my family are using it right now and its been quite a long time too.

As for me, it did a lot especially detoxification, increases immune system and increases red blood cell production
