A Federal High court sitting in Abuja has granted former Adamawa state governor, Murtala Nyako and his son Abdulazeez bail of N350 million. Both men are standing trial for a N15billion fraud.

EFCC alleges that the former governor and his son along with two others used five companies- Blue Opal Nigeria limited, Serore Farms & Extension Limited, Pagoda Fortunes Limited, Towers Assets Management Limited and Crust Energy Limited which have been traced to the governor to siphon N15 billion belonging to Adamawa state government.

At the court hearing today, both men pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against them.

As a citizen of adamawa state honestly the havoc murtala nyako has coursed is more than giving him a #350million naira bail. Since he step of for second tenour in 2011 he has'nt even laid a block nor transform adamawa in a hole but shared money and he calls itx "S.A" his son was a fomer commander of the nigerian navy but he called his son back to retire and come and jion him in eating goverment money wtf! After he had been imppeached he flew abroad just to come back after buhari won and rant rubbish that PMB said all the sins of the past have forgotten he forgot when GMB came for his campaign in 2011 in yola, he refused him using the "ribadua square arena" buhari had to use the under developed yola stadium for his campaign by that tym nyako was a pdp menber..cuase now he defected and his now in apc he think buhari go forgot all he did to him...hell no! Infact in the words of my president baba u said all who stole goverment money will end up in kiriki, so why the bail now even...abeg do something bout this...#nyako_dont_deserve_bail.
