Sakari Momoi, certified as world’s oldest
living male by Guinness World Records,
died on Sunday, July 5 in Japan, an official
said at Saitama City, North of Tokyo, where
he had lived for many years.
Saitama city officials said the super-
centenarian was recognised as the world’s
oldest male at the age of 111 in 2015. He
died of kidney failure in a care home in
Tokyo.
The officials said that Momoi, a former high
school principal who was born on Feb. 5,
1903, received a certificate from Guinness
World Records confirming the achievement
in 2015.
He was born in Minamisoma, Fukushima,
an area badly hit by the deadly 9.0-
magnitude earthquake and tsunami in 2011.
According to U.S.-based Gerontology
Research Group, the title of the world’s
oldest living male was now passed to
Japan’s Yasutaro Koide, also 112 years old
and just over a month younger than
Momoi.
The research group said he was born on
March 13, 1903.
The world’s oldest living person recognised
by Guinness World Records was Susannah
Mushatt Jones, a resident of the New York,
who turned 116 on Monday.
Born on July 6, 1899, Ms Jones became the
record holder at the age of 115 years and
346 days, as of June 17, 2015.

That's the point, we all hear of different people here that are 120 years plus but NO VALID DOCUMENTS to prove it just "MARKET DAYS" analogy.

But, our African harsh weather,poverty, hard life,stress,unhygienic living condition, bad food and a host of others makes Africans look older than their ages.

Your Granny might not be as old as you think.
