Served at ogunwaterside for my Nysc..that makun market is every 9 days..and its a very big market o...huge crowd fom different states come there ,its very interesting o...not all dere goods are has cheap has been speculated,but fish,plaintain,garri and vegetables are very cheap..its fun and lest I forget its a night market..meaning if it falls on friday the market will run from friday to saturday morning..visit d place!!! 2 Likes |

It is still practiced in some parts of Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State. They call them 'Alaparo or Aparo' - not sure of the pronunciation. |
