This is a third degree burn. Covers a wide skin area as wel. Survival isn't exactly sure but he's gonna spend a lot of money to get outa this.
Burn are really expensive accidents.

LAGOS STATE GOVT SHOULD LOCK DOWN THAT BRIDGE FOR A DAY AND ORGANIZE A CRUSADE.

I ALWAYS PRAY WHEN PASSING THROUGH THAT BRIDGE; ESPECIALLY DURING EVENING RUSH HOURS. THE TRAFFIC IS SCARY
