Agriculture accounted for 24% of our GDP. Dependency on oil is already very low is the past administration.

Expansion in Mining industry is gonna blow SA economy to the sky high soon. With all that you will you will have to wait until we rebase our GDP and value all aspects of mining that we have been struggling to include because of the unrest in the industry.

Nigeria's oil is depleting slowly but surely and will not last for 30 years to come. The production will diminish slowly as was tabled by experienced petroleum experts. On the other hand SA has million years window of mining their minerals.

Nigeria without oil will be disastrous. It will not contain competition posed by mineral producing countries.

Nigeria might be having potential of natural minerals but are too little to build your hopes on. Some are just traces and not viable for huge mining projects.

DUDE what are you talking about TRACES, its either a country has a mineral resource or NOT.... I will give you a list of our mineral resources deposited in each state in Nigeria most of them have not been tapped...

Nigeria has a TOTAL of 36 mineral resources EXCLUDING crude oil...

Umgeni is a private company and Nigeria water corporation is government agency and I see no competition there.
