Let me put it this way. A wife or husband has the right to leave a marriage at any time, even a day after wedding. There maybe a waiting time for the court process, there maybe dowries to return and assets to share but any of them can leave at will at any time and for whatever reason.These are even people who signed before an instrument recognised by Law to be together. In the case of Nigeria, not only is the country a fraud because the various ethnic groups where forced into it against their will by Lord Lugard and his west African Fronteer force, it also has no legitimacy because those ethnic groups never came together to agree or sign anything to be together. To even question the right of the Igbos to secede from this fraudulent arrangement called Nigeria set up by the British is an insult. Even Britain that created Nigeria recognised the righ of secession of one of its constituent people, the Scottish people, and granted them a referendum last year to stay or go. There was no noise. The principle here is that you cannot and should not force anyone who wants to go their own way to be with you in a civilised world.

Please try and look up the history of United Kingdom first before u start saying things you know nothing about. Talking about UK, do research on the treaty that made Scotland a part of Great Britain before you conclude. Also, take a look at Northern Island and also read up on the IRA. Or the rest of the Yugoslav Wars which include the Croatian War (1991-95), Kosovo War (1998-99), etc. The adage that says look before you leap can be aptly applied here. When you finally get this war you are agitating for, trust me, we will all be losers.

First Biafran war was fought in Biafraland while peeps were busy eating Gbegiri and tuwo in Odua-Arewanistan. Does the average Yoruba man know the meaning of war, have they ever withstood such hardship as shown in these pictures and survived to tell the story? Do you for any reason think that when you stand in the way of Biafrans again, that the war will be fought only in Biafraland while you are allowed to enjoy your tuwo and Gbegiri? You need to think twice.

Those pics should be for Arewa-Odua people shouting about war against Biafra, Biafra had withstood those hardship before and can easily do it a second time, but can the Odua-Arewa withstand such? Ask yourself that and stop threatening yourselves with terror, cos you don't know the meaning of terror and pains, Biafrans do.

I'm an Igbo man, I decide for myself if I am Nigerian or not and if I say I am not Nigerian, I should be allowed to go in peace. Right now, there is a peaceful agitation for a referendum to decide the fate of Nigeria. Should the Nigerian state decide not to grant my people their right of freedom then we will be left with no choice than take up arms against the Nigerian state to effect our freedom. The young Igbos didn't experience Biafra, but we see the effect of Biafra all around us, We have paid the price of Biafra loss,a snake doesn't give birth to any short thing.


If you think you are going to scare Biafrans with those pics, then you must be barking at the wrong tree. Despite leaving there to live in another part of the country, I still fly the Igbo flag. I'm from Anambra, but was born and brought up in Enugu, I still visit Enugu even more than I visit my own state Anambra, it's my birth place. A place I will always call home, despite not being from there, that's why I am 042 for life. Going to the front line with counted bullets and deficient guns. People dying from hunger, every sunday, everyone in the family will line up to have a link of salt because supply lines have been destroyed.

There is a saying, better to die standing than to live kneeling. However, actualization of such a state is not possible now. You talk of oil in some states. It is said that history repeats itself. If we can't learn from the war and establish a planned frame work projecting 20 to 30 Years into future, if you are making such statements that those that fought in the war will gladly fight again, then the dream is as good as dead.
